Upon receiving information regarding your property we will return an offer in principal to purchase the property, we will provide this offer within 24 hours excluding Weekends, Bank holidays and Public holidays.
There is no cost to you to receive an offer and there is no obligation for you to accept the offer of purchase relating to the property.
We can complete in a property purchase within 7 Days of you accepting our offer but the purchase time period can be longer then 7 Days.
The offer you receive in principle is an estimate on how much we are prepared to pay to purchase your property.
If the offer you receive in principle is of interest we will then arrange an appraisal and assessment of your property, this may include an external valuation. Any external valuation report we receive is used for the purposes of making our offer to you.
Gaffsy advises that any offer made will be lower than the current market value. Our offer remains open for 14 days. Legal fees are only refunded if the exchange of contracts takes place within 30 days of your signed and dated original acceptance of our offer. We will also make further enquiries and carry out research into the local market and of each property in order to make our offer to you. Gaffsy reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time. Please note, in most cases, Valuation Fees are non-refundable prior to completion of purchase. The fee is inclusive and no further charges will be incurred.
